PixelForge / invite-only preview
Terms of service
The operating agreement for invite-only PixelForge access: what the service does, what you own, and what you must bring the rights to use.
1. Pre-release service
PixelForge is pre-1.0 software for creating and managing game-production assets. Features, model availability, output quality, and compatibility may change. We may suspend the preview to protect users, data, infrastructure, or the public.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and organization memberships.
3. Inputs, references, and outputs
You keep your rights in material you upload. You grant PixelForge a limited license to store, transform, and process that material only to operate, secure, and support the service for you. You represent that you have the rights needed for every prompt, reference, and other input you provide.
As between you and PixelForge, you may use generated outputs, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights. AI output may not qualify for copyright protection, may not be unique, and may resemble material produced for others. PixelForge does not promise clearance for commercial use; review important assets before shipping them.
4. Customer-specific training
Uploading a reference does not authorize shared model training. Any future persistent customer-specific training requires a separate, explicit opt-in that identifies the material and purpose. Customer-specific weights must remain isolated to that customer and are never reused to serve another customer.
5. Credits and subscriptions
Credits are internal service units, not money or stored value. A job places a temporary hold; a successful job spends the stated amount, while a failed or cancelled job releases it. Subscription allotments may expire at the period boundary. Purchased packs do not expire unless required by a disclosed replacement policy or law.
Pricing, plan allowances, taxes, cancellation, and refund terms shown at checkout control the purchase. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Public paid launch is not enabled under this preview document until those terms and the operator identity are final.
6. Acceptable use and enforcement
You must follow the Acceptable use policy. We may block a request, withhold an output, preserve required evidence, suspend access, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce it or comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination.
7. Availability and risk
The preview is provided as available and without a service-level commitment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelForge disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes receive a new version and require renewed acceptance before further generation. The final public terms will identify the operator, governing law, dispute process, and purchase-specific refund rules. Until then, contact the operator through the invitation that granted your preview access.
